Peter Lydon: Kicking it

November 7, 2017

Peter Lydon is an out-half or fullback playing for Ealing Trailfinders in the English Championship. His left foot is feared up and down the league for its length and accuracy. He does not need much prompting to show you a 65 metre kick he nailed in a warm up in Ireland, citing it as his longest kick. This season he was the quickest player to 100 points in the championship, and his 88% kicking success rate is higher than most of the world’s top kickers, including Owen Farrell.
