Video: The Pioneering Work of London’s Parkour Generations

Practised primarily in a non-competitive environment, Parkour can be simplified as the act of moving from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ as creatively as possible.

Practitioners use running, jumping, crawling, climbing and a vast range of specialist movements to overcome the obstacles presented in front of them.

Not only is it a fun and popular pastime, Parkour builds physical attributes such as strength, endurance, balance and power.

At Parkour Generations, an expert coaching team provide both indoor and outdoor classes across London, with the majority of sessions taking place at their Chainstore Gym in East London.
